My Week of A-Meez-ing Meals

Imagine the scene. Your doorbell rings. It is as though there is a sous-chef standing there. He hands you a box containing freshly prepared ingredients for your meals for the week. The ingredients are chopped and prepped in separate containers. Each meal includes a recipe card. The card outlines the steps and time needed for each meal. There is even a “whisk” level to show the level of difficulty. (Really not difficult at all.)

Enter Meez Meals – a recently formed company in Evanston, Illinois. Meez Meals generously provided me with meals for the week. And, it was heaven for the whole family. The meals were delicious, fresh, healthy and best of all interesting. Definitely better than Trader Joe’s!

Stay tuned for a pretty amazing giveaway from Meez Meals later this week. You too will be able to enjoy these delicious meals.

Monday: Spinach Pancakes with Lemony Ricotta & Corn Salsa

Happy Eating!
